Brough made a motorbike with 2 wheels in parallel like this but of course with one at the front.
I can't quite see how it works round sharp corners. Surely when one wheel lifts the grip will fall and you could slide.

At 15 kmph top speed, corners shouldn't be too much of a challenge.
