why not buy a runabout like Budsters  then drop a Mondeo 2l sri engine, gearbox in and then it will go like stink.  Sticks & stones  Only a small jest  but that engine would make a narrow bodied mog quick

It is OK, Stanley is used to jibes about his pedigree; however his bodywork was by John "Basher" Bishop. "Basher" is stamped onto the bonnet hinge on the driver's side. So raspberries to the lot of you.

Basher is certainly no comedian...he was a real craftsman with metal and a lovely guy as well. One of the Morgan characters.
