1000 km drive to pick up my birthday gift
Last weekend beautiful weather here in North Germany and we did a trip over the weekend to the Baltic Sea via Hamburg to pick up my birthday gift. It's all hand made in Sterling silver and with the ideas of my  . The last picture is in the center of Timmendorfer Strand one of the nicest places at the Baltic coast. Torsten

I always prefer the chain to the pin because you can't losing it and it did'nt destroy your tie

Torsten very true I have used pins in the past but as you say, they end up ruining a tie and Clips just slip and end up at peculiar angles or if they are very strong clips, ruin ties

Very nice, and nice to have the opportunity to wear it. I haven't worn a tie since I worked in the City 15 years ago. No-one at work wears ties any more, even the directors.
