Sorry to hear of the damage I hope you have success with polishing it out or insurance. The first case of vandalism I've heard of to a Morgan.

Phone around the windscreen companies and ask and a few of the classic car companies someone will know.

Astounded that someone would vandalise a Mog; they are such un-threatening cars. +1 Shocking. When idiots do this in Perth on buses a plastic film is stuck on top with an arrow pointing at it and the text "this might not be art but could cost you $1000".

Really sorry to hear about the vandalism. I hope you get it fixed easily.
I really do wonder what sort of society we live in today. I work dealing with the public (a fruity shop) I see all sorts, I have to say most are fine but a few are just off the scale in terms of bad attitude, rudeness, and just plain angry etc etc. maybe a symptom of the commercialism that surrounds us and the growing divide between the haves and have nots. Not an excuse for an act of mindless vandalism.

To polish out light scratches
Felt polishing pad on a polishing arbour, jewellers rouge or glass polishing compound and water spray so as not to burn
But having tried to polish glass scratches left by our decorators on toughened glass using paint scrapers - it's not easy, it's messy and only successful on light scratches To add to this, you need a powered polishing mop in something like a Dremel. With this, you can polish out quite big scratches, I've done it when I got the three wheeler aeroscreens reglazed. My neighbour has done it too, I supplied the jewellers rouge for her. You still need to have patience though, it's not a quick job.
