No sure that attaching an apron to an aerodynamic brick actually does anything other than make it look better ( in my mind)?

 Totally agree. This red mog looks very nice indeed ! I think I need one ! How much are they and how tricky are they to fit Cain ?

No sure that attaching an apron to an aerodynamic brick actually does anything other than make it look better ( in my mind)? Nice one and you could say it makes the depth of the brick deeper.

But it's not really about reducing the CD is it? Directing airflow more efficiently under the car will stop turbulent air pockets forming inside the front wings which can cause front axle lift in the lighter-engined cars. I don't mean that the front 'axle' actually lifts the wheels off the ground, but the effect is felt as very light steering and susceptibility to cross winds. Try the M2 Medway crossing in an unmodified 4/4 even at legal speeds for a demonstration!

Erm controversy alert I am starting to think the more and more Morgans I see that the style I prefer is actually with a full bumper!  I know I know but the valances etc. are almost a reaction to making up for a lack of bumper. I have over-riders and no valance, the front looks unfinished and I am thinking about getting a valance that fits with the over-riders. BUT In the last few weeks, it strikes me that a full bumper sort of draws a line under the front and looks right. Is it just me?

That is why we have chocolate and vanilla, for me bumpers are very retro and have a place but I like the simplicity.
