It looks custom to me.

The closest one would be the Morgan West part but that was designed to fill the gap left by the side exhaust on S2 forward Aero 8s.

OD is Oldenburg. Oldenburg is near to Hamburg. I think the car is optimized from Lutz Leberfinger, Morgan Dealer in Hamburg. Lutz speaks english vey well .... if he is in the company. Click here .
