Analyising and justifying the cost of the car and options at this level is probably never going to make financial sense and will be hard to justify in terms of value for money.
If you can afford to buy this, your not working out how many shifts down at Wetherspoons will be needed to pay for the fancy stiching.
I guess it will come down to how badly you want it and if you prepared to pay £90 or £100k for it?
