My Morgan is out of service with a broken pollen filter. Williams say that it will take a couple of weeks to fix. So it is tin top driving for a while.
Sounds extreme for a filter.....
Really bizarre having a pollen filter on a completely open car!!! how does that work?
Graham, just heard that due to,a Yellow weather warning, the Wings and Wheels event has been cancelled.
Haven't checked the web site today, too busy with collecting SAAB and work, plus getting to M&S food hall as I was going to be out both days... Oh well, no need to rush in the a.m.!! Shame as Yellow Alert ends at 08:00... Guess I'll head up for Webbs Farmers Market instead if you fancy a coffee - need marmalade, jam, Eccles cake etc.

+1. Very intriguing.
Loads of questions spring to my mind. How does a pollen filter break in a way that can't be fixed by simply bunging in a new one? How on earth does a broken pollen filter prevent a car from being used? What does it actually do (clearly it doesn't prevent airborne pollen getting into the cockpit)? Why does one need a pollen filter anyway?
