Well guys my car went to MMC for the ecu upgrade and stayed for a few days for 4 x adjustable shocks, new rear springs, and a panhard rod fitted and a couple of other jobs.
Its completely transformed the car. the rev hang has disappeared for normal spirited driving, the car rides, steers and brakes a lot better - to be honest the set up is ideal for making good progress !
I have fallen back in love with my "bumpy" Morgan !!!
(On the racing front - today on Motors TV you can see my offroad race car winning the Baja Hillrally at 15.45 with Dan Lofthouse driving and at 19.25 it wins a round 2 of the British Cross Country Championship with me driving.)

I have fallen back in love with my "bumpy" Morgan ! Going to change your name, then? Been known as 'bumpy mike' for quite a few years in the off road world. http://bumpymike.blogspot.co.uk/so that's why the car has a 'bu mpy' registration

I would be very interested in your actual MPG figures from a measured fill up against a known mileage measured either on a map or gps. Prior to the final tweak my car was returning around 30mpg on general driving, but is now around 27-28 mpg. Considering the engine is putting out around 300bhp then 27-28 is probably not bad. Ok, so, just back, total distance 1208.9 miles, fuel used 190.49, average mpg 28.66. The best return was mostly motorway/A roads from Betws-Y-Coed to Holyhead and on to Belfast (34.5) worst 25.6 which was mostly B roads and taking a few friends out for "demos". No dramas on route, and now beginning to trust her more and more....lovely.

I too have had the same issue of hanging revs on my Morgan 3.7 V6. Ten days ago the ECU was upgraded at Revolutions in Perth.
The Mog is a very different beast. No more hanging revs, responsive and predictable under acceleration, much easier to control coming into corners, changing down and driving through the corners. I cannot comment about the readings for fuel or speedo but will monitor the situation over the next weeks.
My first drive after the upgrade was St Fillans, Killin, Loch Tay, Crieff – no traffic, clear skies and 20+ degrees. Scottish motoring at is best. Back to France and the end of the month to do some serious mountain driving.
For anyone that is experiencing the hanging revs issue, I would definitely recommend the upgrade.
If a thing is work doing, its worth doing to excess.
