Does anybody know the Puissance Fiscal for a +4 with the 2 litre GDI engine or, if not, the method of calculating the Puissance Fiscal in France from the information on the V5 UK reg document.

I would contact both Morgan France and the factory to seee if they can let you have a copy of the homologation shield for the plus 4 for the year in question.
I believe that anything post about 1993 (which if it has a GDI engine it clearly is) that has also been imported into France should not prove too problematic.
