Hello guys, just the weekend I realized a screw on the frame of my 4/4 Sport side screen has come off :-( I can not figure out if the screw is metric or not, and its correct dimensions. Maybe someone could fill me in here? Thanks a lot,
Given that it has a pozidriv head, I'd guess metric too. Probably M5 or M6.
Easiest way to confirm size is to try a 'known' bolt thread. And if you unscrew the corresponding screw from the other side screen, you'll find the length.
The sidescreens on my 1986 (short-door) car use M5 screws in that location, I can't imagine that they'd be different on a long-door sidescreen.
I can't help with the length as I have inner upholstered panels and the screws are longer than standard. My guess at the stock length would be 10 or 12 mm.

I had the same experiencewith my 2014 car. I replaced it with a semi countersunk screw from my "collection". It seems to be a M5 Fine thread, but i'm not 100% certain. I'm going to williams Morgan tomorrow and will try to remember to ask if they have a replacement of the correct countersunk size.

just to add confusion to the mix mine are 5mm across the threads making them M5 and 12mm thread length and 15mm total length (mine has sidescreen liners too)
