My screen will be replaced by Carglass in Milan at no cost to me. The new screen will be supplied to Carglass by Borghi. If I get Borghi to do the job I will have to pay an excess, I think €150. Crazy

Unscrewing the screen as above is the correct way but make sure the longer screw goes back in the right hole or the screen will crack.
