my aero 8 carpets/floor mats the factory fitted ones slide all over the place, they have floor studs which are meant to keep them in place however seem still to move which is annoying and can get in the way when driving.
Has anyone came up with a solution to this which may help.

Or double sided velcro - sold at most larger hardware shops - is another good bet, especially if you ever lift the carpets to clean under them.

If not, mr-tony's suggestion is better as it will lay flatter.

Tony, I think that's not a problem as carpet is straight over the ally floor.

There's a product for use on food trays to prevent 'plate slippage'. I'm not sure where you could buy it - maybe a 'kitchen shop'. You buy it 'by the roll'. We have some and it's a beige diagonal pattern soft plastic with holes. It's very good at holding plates on trays, so I'm guessing would hold carpet. Alternatively a thin rubber mat would probably do it. laugh2

We used a product used to stop mats sliding on wooden floors - John Lewis I think sells it.
Worked quite well and removable. read
