Then you'd REALLY have to concentrate on not spilling your coffee! innocent

This is true. The British think that 100 miles is a long way. Americans, by contrast, think that 100 years is a long time...

I hope you realise we were just piss taking ;-), it's only banter. I know what you guys mean about distances and availability but I guess if the range of the M3W can be overcome by caring cans of fuel it must be possible to fit in something like Tim suggested and a small plug in water heater? When I was biking around Europe we were always rather pleased that we had a maximum range of about 150 miles with the size of fuel tanks, good time for a leg stretch and coffee but then again there are not many places where fuel stops are further apart than that, we did resort to carrying small fuel cans on occasions.

Just get yourself one of these; Handcoffee Auto - once you've got the cup holder sorted out anyway.

I'll also add that a certain well known Scottish Morgan dealer and racer did have an ashtray on his quad bike

I have a 12v plug in flask from the seventies. I and MrsW used it once - parked overlooking the river at Fowey. It took forever to boil and recommended running the engine. So its in the loft. We drink bottled water on the move but would stop for any other beverage.

Ok, this is what I did for the Plus 8. It's not a M3W but the M3W tranny does have flat top and something similar could work.

Cheers,
