No its not. And i confess to eating apples on the go. Greggs sausage rolls too but they make an awful mess.
Scalding hot coffee isnt a great idea unless in a solid cup.

Unless I'm mistaken it's not an offence to drink and eat on the move

AIUI the offence is Driving Without Due Care and Attention. It's not often used for people drinking and eating whilst driving, but when it does it tends to get reported in the Daily Mail in a storm of indignation, nearly always accompanied by some variation of the phrase "catching real criminals".

I did hear the phrase "Would you do that on your driving test" the answer is of course, No, but then we do live in the real world, and a cup of coffee does help the journey pass, but I think that is the point about the Three Wheeler, or any Morgan really, you do not so much travel from A - B but from A - A savouring the whole experience, not just the coffee.

Having said that, I am going to hold myself up to ridicule as I do like a coffee on the move, not scalding, and with a lid fitted, and I devised a system involving a tin of the right size to hold a takeaway coffee cup, which is velcro'd to the floor just in front of the seat squab and against the side of the car, it is a natural position to place a cup and doesn't get in the way. Perfect.

Hmmm the Costa/Starbucks/Nepresso revolution has passed me by for sure, personally, I prefer to stop, buy a pot of tea and look at Mog for 20 minutes then move on.

I tried the Librands Folding Morgan cup holder at the last breakfast club meeting at BHM in my M3W and it fits; internal in the space made by your elbow when using the steering wheel.

I was considering one for a bottle of water on long journeys where pressing on is preferable to stopping. Have not yet taken the leap of buying one though as at the moment i have a co-operative passenger to provide water at regular intervals!

Costa coffee outlets were devised to satisfy those with a fetish for queuing. Gone are the days when you could purchase a simple cup of coffee or tea.

Fashion a small holder onto the exhaust guard; tall enough to stop windchill; small enough to contain your mug; ensure base is metal to allow exhaust waste-heat heating of your beverage; slot for your mug handle; within easy reach of your outside hand. May be painted to match your M3W. Optionally add an additional tray for a bacon butty behind the beverage holder.
