You'll need a spare for this idea to work properly. Alternatively a pneumatic seat cushion, but the achieved pressure will then depend on your weight..........

Welcome Vegas ! Any good gentleman understands your quest. Behold ! This cup holder slides under your floor mats. Got mine from Mini Mania years ago, but a search revealed they no longer have them on their website. Too late to call ... good luck in your search ! Brought it along when I picked up my M3W ... on the floor ever since Tally Ho !

I was going to say that while that is quite the smart design, I am not sure our floor mats really allow for use of this cup holder as, at least on my M3W, the floor mats are a snug fit and that is what keeps them in place as they somewhat tuck up under the chassis tubes.

I have 6 British sports cars including my M3W and this floor matt cup holder fits beautifully and works great in all of them! I highly recommend trying one! Have Fun
