When the right one arrives you are taken by storm and your life is meaningless in isolation - only the times that you are together do you feel alive. You would willingly lay down your life for her and she must be your best friend - if these criteria are met there will be no stopping the never ending fire of romance whatever the age difference it is largely irrelevant, listen to your heart not anyone else's advice.. My late Father stated that it wouldn't last - his first one lasted just 3 years so he was clearly an expert ! This wife ran out on the family when I was 18 months old. It was a just post war marriage so I expect it happened a lot, he was obviously better at flying Spitfires than choosing spouses. Coming from an old fart who has been married 42 years and with the same woman for 45 years, and never had the slightest interest in grazing on pastures new. p.s. Sometimes she is 2 years younger than me and at others she is 1 year younger... happens annually ...  Stay cool, lean back and enjoy the ride and see where it takes you.. Good Luck.

Hell Richard reading this you must have a cold shower running constantly in your bedroom in case you get a glance of   A thing about men is they meet up to forget there troubles . Women meet up to discuss thiers . I admire Lawrie for coming out with it as most men would have snapped shut. Are we changing for the better , one lad said his wife remarked men are years behind women and she is right. I have worked with them 40+ year it rubs off except when is giving me a hard time of course. ps . That cheque arrived 9 weeks and a letter to get it. Not quite that bad John having 3 offspring in the house tends to slow things up for a while - one stayed until she was 27 as she did Law and completed her pupillage whilst working for a local firm of solicitors so it suited us all ( Heather speeding tickets ) ;-). Really pleased about the correct settlement - it's a good job you are tenacious otherwise you can just imagine a different outcome. Is June feeling a little less sore now, I hope so - she had quite a nasty one to be signed off for another 3 weeks. Give her another "Devon Cream Tea Hug" - that's a girt big one  Take care John and keep on keeping us all entertained with your special medicine  .

When I was in my early 20'sI had a good time with a lady some 10 years older than me. I did enjoy the relationship for a while.
My granny than just dropped a comment: "It's best to use an old bicycle for learning to ride".

You will know when the "right one" comes along. Your thoughts will be drifting towards her distracting you from some things. Age gap shouldn't be an issue, it is down to how you feel about each other. As you get to know each other you develope together. The very best of luck to you both for the future. As an aside.... Has Roxy met her yet? Our son in law got quick approval from Alfie, our Springer! First time he visited he was checked out and Alfie went to sit by him. 'nuff said!
