It's very unlikely that the bearing needs replacing at that mileage. I'm not familiar with this axle seal but normally if the seal is in full view it should prise out. Don't mark the halfshaft surface. Sometimes there will be a cover plate of some sort and sometimes you need to remove the brake backplate.
