My recommend is 243 which simply holds onto threads - you can easily get them off - but it helps to avoid loose nuts (!!!)

Absolutely 4/4 Boy - As an aircraft engineer, we use loc 243 regularly but usually around titanium threaded portions.(other products and specs are also available)

I know people have used it on these cooling kit bolts which has prevented the bolts from loosening, however, I feel it's really simply too easy with aluminium alloys, to strip threads where bolts either corrode or are bonded into their tapped holes, and these have to be regularly removed to gain any sort of access to the top of the engine.
The whole kit is a pretty poor design really. Whilst it's functional and prevents skip-fire, it's dead ugly, cheap, and vibrates around the top cowl causing rub damage to the rocker covers! (And that's before the bolts and spacers fall out.)
It's lucky no one has experienced anything dropping into the hole on the compensator(the old clunky one Morgan apparently according to my dealer, won't change) causing that to seize.
I'm currently (when I have time) trying to source some form of tab bolts or pre-drilled bolts.
Morgan Motors whilst having designed what is the most exciting drive one can experience, have truely rushed this beauty into production, hence all our issues.
Pete Larson must absolutely cringe sometimes at what they've done with the Liberty Ace.

Because:

- They are unique characterful things
- People walk past four wheeled Morgans to take photographs
- Others circle you on the road taking video's and putting thumbs up
- They are a much more involving driving experience
- The owners are as unique as the cars

Most of all, you want one because it says more about you than any other car out there & if you really 'get' it, nothing else will scratch that itch.

BTW at Goggles and Gauntlets this last weekend I saw first had what Keith and Roger had achieved with their own solutions.

Both very good...I particularly likes Rogers fix. He has put a fan in front of the Cowl mesh - uber neat - a proper job.

Roger can u post pics/derails for others to see...and Adrian too??

I hope you M3W owners do not mind me posting my thoughts.

I miss my M3W and had a long two year journey of "discovery".

Who knows I may well buy a later one!!

Took a friend out for a quick blast at the weekend and she summed it up as making her feel like a Celebrity (in a good way!)

20 min drive and we must have been photographed 4-5 times plus a few "nice car" type comments from bystanders.
