A rusty razor blade is far too sharp and clinical. An old rusty bow-saw would inflict far more grief.
That's after you've attacked their shins with a good swipe of a scaffolding pole, of course.

Outrageous!....but what can one do these days? Even when caught
in the act, they will thrust the blame for their illegal actions on everything and everyone else in today's society. Unfortunately, modern jurisprudence does little to aid law-abiding aggrieved parties in this type of situation.
Scum, garnishee their benefits until the damage costs are recovered!
My favorite personal solution cannot be voiced here however....

I had my RS2000 keyed by some lowlife when I was a nipper.....twice
And my Plus 8 when I left it in the workshop at work once, just had it painted to perfection too....felt sick. Obviously a jealous mechanic
