We know of two couples who are 16 years apart and one of 18 years. The issue with the 16 years couples has shown that issues tend to come up when there is one child between them and the the lady wants another as bothe the ladies are in their mid 30's. The men bing in their early 50's aren't so keen!
For you at 35 with an 11 year difference I would just say - you lucky bu##er!! Enjoy!

I always understood the relevant rule of thumb to be half your age + 7, so at 35 this would indicate a young lady of 24 would be fine. My father was 11 years older than my mother, they married in 1953 and stayed married until his death 50 years later, so I say go for it! Not turning out as bad as I thought it would then.

No worries mate! Just go for it. I did when I was 56.......my rather lovely German girlfriend was just 30  . I did have the odd comment about being her father, which niggled me a lot more than it did her. Old enough to be my daughter and I had great fun telling her bedtime stories. It lasted a glorious 9 months....it wasn't the age difference that killed it off, it was the monthly commute to Berlin. She had great hopes of me moving out there and having fallen in love with the city, I almost did in a wild moment. It still puts a smile on my face to think about it

11 years is really nothing!!
My first wife was 10 years younger than me and the current one 9 - I feel the same age as them and never gave the age gap a thought.
Love has no boundaries!
But when I was single 10 years ago I did avoid women who might have wanted children or were of child bearing age...not for me...I literally ran a mile!!
Love finds a way though anything though!!
Good luck ...if you love each other ...go for it!!!

What would be your max age gap that you would like between you and your partner? It is really unimportant. Well, unless she is under 16, then you really shouldn't. Mental age is far more important than biological age. I'd got you at late 20s/early 30s, so you are probably closer than you think. If you make each other happy then does it matter?
