Not a open invitation, old boys club funny hand shake, most of that lot must have got free metal sprocket To date, I have resisted the urge to respond to your posts, however that must now change. Had you purchased a 2012/13 M3W in say, 2012 or 2013 and joined Talkmorgan and posted about your ownership experience both good and bad then it's very likely that you also would have received this "closed" invitation. Prior to receiving my entirely unexpected invitation to a meeting that I was completely unaware of I had never met nor even talked to anyone from either Talkmorgan nor the Morgan factory. As to your reference to old boys clubs and freemasonry, I find that to be deeply, personally, insulting and would be beneath contempt if my own personal contempt for such matters did not run quite so deep.

I hate to suggest this really, but maybe it is getting to the stage where, for want of a better term, the Three Wheeler Owners Group need to form an organisation or cooperative, if you will, with a single voice to negotiate over these problems.
I was also, unexpectedly, invited to that first meeting, which was very interesting, but also very polite, once we were all face to face. We all left thinking things would be sorted quickly and amicably, sadly that was only the begining. I am on record here as saying that I know a particular dealer, who had a cracked chassis on the very early demo car he had, and when he complained to the factory, got so little confidence that anything would be done about it, that he curtailed his dealership and has not sold new Morgan's since then, he used the word 'arrogant' about the factory attitude.
I sometimes get the feeling that owners with genuine problems are being met with smoke and mirrors and at one and the same time, they get the feeling that things are being done, yet at the same time nothing does get done.
Whether there is enough 'will' for troubled owners to get together and speak from a combined standpoint I don't know, I have sadly bailed out and added that extra wheel, (and two more seats) but good as it is, the +4 isn't as much fun and I miss the 3 wheeler.

I'd join such an organisation, and have met and spoken with both Steve Morris and Charles Morgan on several occasions as well as taking delivery of a new M3W in Oct 2012. I wasn't invited to the shindig...

You contribute nothing to the sensible comments on these pages, yet you feel inclined to add stupid knee jerk reaction comments with do nothing but inflame any contributors opinions. From suggesting people have to die first, through gate protests at Morgan, and now the fatuous opinion that people that attended the meeting last year as being somehow chosen on the basis that they were old school is simply preposterous and rude. Maybe you will grow up whilst you're in Holland, and come back with a more open mind and a civil tongue. Whilst you're at it, use spell and grammar check, too..

Sorry only started reading and writing when I was 40 ,and coming from a very poor family in the east end very little school had to work I say it as is ,my grammar is rubbish, and I'm not tip toeing round this as people paid lots of money for something that not right yet ,Morgan have improve the car and will continue to do so ,you might have money to burn but I don't ,I live in the real world sorry if this upset some people but some are thinking he is right ,if you want to contact Morgan and get my deposit back I will move along and find a new dream ,but ive had this ones from a small boy living in east end thinking one day i will have a Morgan ,then i found this forum and my dream was a night mare ,come down to earth with a bump and 38000 lighter

I also find Scott Morgan's comments quite offensive. I took delivery of my 2012 car early in 2013 and between then and the meeting with owners in 2014 I had some very detailed meetings across the table with Steve Morris to discuss the many faults including the need for a replacement engine at 1700 miles. I was even given the option of having a total refund if I was not happy but I decided to stick with it because it was so much fun to drive. However I did not get an invite to that owners meeting. I would also like to suggest that if the quality of Scott's rebuilds is as good as his command of English, I for one would not want to be a passenger. I would suggest Scott, that if you have nothing constructive to say, it is better that you say nothing.
