Sounds like he has sorted out the many problems we have all encountered by himself.
Most of us on TM have done the same albeit sort of collectively through TM as we have had the benefit of pooled knowledge.
We need photos and lots of them.
It will be great to see what someone else has come up with.
I wish him all the best with his endeavours.

For those of you who have any grasp of French or Google Translate I strongly recommend you join the French M3W Forum. Even if only to look at the photographs! http://clubmtw.forum-box.com/index.phpAlain is truly a great craftsman and it's well worth a look to follow his projects! My French is pretty basic but with Google Translate it's pretty easy to grasp most of what's going on even if it's time consuming!

I posted about my friend Alain's multiple upgrades just 2 posts ago. On second thoughts I will post similarly as a new topic because there are so many issues involved, not just the amazing chassis mod he has done.
That way more might see it.
I have a few photos and I will get a lot more from Alain, together with more about the changes done or being done. When I work out (again) how to get photos onto TM I'll post them.
He also has a blog and I will get details of that too.
During today I will repost the item as a topic, as I said.

Hello Blackadder, I don't qualify to register on the French MTW site, not having a car. You have obviously found Alain though. My French isn't bad but I use Google Translate too - it is getting better but you do need to watch for clangers. You will find Alain as al1.vouloir (an L and a one) on Old Morgan Addict ( http://mog.vosforums.com/memberlist.php) and he also has a Youtube channel as AL1 RHD. You can see him in his MTW on a number of other videos on Youtbe too. I found him somewhere once on another site with his Triumphs as 'Alain de Tours'. By the way, he has two apartments in his garden that he rents out. He is in St Vincent de Tyrosse. He has almost no English, but his wife is reasonably fluent. I'll be back.

Good news! My M3W chassis change is complete. Just had word from Malvern that it is all done, ready to go.
Bad News! I've got an 0600 check in tomorrow for a three week work trip.
Oh well, at least I've got something extra to look forward to when I get back home.

I just got an email from the factory telling me to contact my nearest dealer for an inspection of my frame. I had the frame replaced in March of this year due to an accident. I believe l'll sit this one out.

I need the attention of every morgan 3w owner. i received, yesterday, an email from the part department of the Morgan dealer who sold me my 3W i have copy of every email so...i can speak honestly i'm not saying is dealer's fault but...shame on Morgan they told me i have to pay for my kit ( 50 pounds ) at the first they told me i had to pay for the shipment and i agreed with it. I send my chassis number and i told them i live very far from the italian dealer ( it's 1100 km trip ) so i was glad to pay some mechanic to do the job
yesterday the surprise...it's free all over the world but not for me so i told to the dealer ...Shame on Morgan...but i agree to pay the kit but inform them i'll write this on the web
i just receive another email ...the morgan motor company respond like this ...
The reply from the Morgan Motor Company is that these kits must be fitted by a Morgan dealer so cannot be sold to the general public as they have to keep a record of which cars have been checked.
ok...what will you do in my place ?
