I'm not quite sure yet but the washer bottle might be mounted centrally as the first photo shows. But then, I might be wrong!
The second photo shows the base plate mounting for the oil tank. I can't see any issue with it being affected by the exhaust manifold.

As that's a left Hooker there should be no issues for the master cylinder and reservoir from the exhaust.

In any case adequate heatshielding should suffice it doesn't need be ugly they could ceramic spray the manifold to match the chassis.

I have just fitted a cover that I bought from Caterham. It comes without the Cosworth sticker and needs a bit of trimming and shaping to fit the standard HT leads.
I used rubber trim for the edges and tested it with a hose. All dry and should be fitted to Morgans with Duratecs as standard IMHO as the plugs are under the bonnet louvres.
The cover from Caterham is £50 cheaper than Burtonpower and plain black. Burtonpower show it with the Cosworth badge and carbon fibre effect.
You could always buy the Cosworth cover and dream you have an AR P4.

I have the same cover but I trimmed it with a strip of self adhesive neoprene. Because Morgan runs a water rail on top of the engine the cover needs cutting to clear the brackets. I also purchased two hex spacers that are used on the Caterham.

I agree 100% that this type of cover should be standard fitment on the Morgan.

Realistically you'll either have to get an appointment with the factory car, or find a dealer with one allocated but unsold. If they are all sold, as seems to be the case then I think you'll struggle until they hit the secondhand market, as some will surely do.

I'd be happy to be the test pilot for one of the early cars, not sure yet when mine will arrive
