Fascinating photos!
As an ex-Caterham owner, I'd often wondered what 'modern' Morgans would look like with cycle wings. My first Caterham had 'clamshell' wings, but these are now very rarely fitted, and most modern Caterhams have cycle wings. I did prefer them in the end as I enjoyed watching the steering and suspension work when driving, but the clamshells add to the lines of the car.
Cycle wings almost work on this Morgan, but not quite imho. frown

The bonnet, grille and rear wings all look standard.
You are right, what you need is front cycle wings, panels to cover the inner wings and under the doors.
It does have the 1950's Allard J2 look about it.
