Recently acquired a 1990 Plus 8 in UK and had it shipped back to florida. Now trying to register it and DMV requires at least two Vin identifiers. Can anyone tell me where they are located. More the better as I am having difficulties due to Vin not being in compliance with US standard format. thanks

The VIN number is usually stamped on the RH crossmember that is in front of the seat. Mine is R8085.
There should also be an aluminium plate with the Morgan logo; this was usually mounted on the tool box mounted under the bonnet (hood).
If your car has been re-chassised, it is possible that the new chassis has not been stamped. There's nothing fancy about it.
I hope this helps.

David is correct. If the chassis is not stamped , buy a set of number punches and stamp it yourself.
If you phone MMC they should be able to give you the chassis number of your car. They may need the engine number and possibly its original registration (and you will have to have a lot of patience , MMC are notoriously poor at answering queries that take some time to investigate)
Alternatively the chassis number should be on the Bill of Sale that you got with the car? It might be lurking somewhere in the paperwork. As David says it is a 4 to 5 figure number prefixed a capital R.
I think the plate on the toolbox was not used until quite late. My 1999 car has one with both the VIN number and the engine number on it. Your car might not have ever had one, but there is no reason you couldn't get one made up using your data.
Do you want a photo of this plate from my car?

Hi EJS and Andy
I have a VIN plate that was originally glued on to the top flange of the tool box.
It's approximately 2 inches square and has the MMC logo screen printed on it, together with a circle with E11 within it, two other numbers (11R - 0103 and 12R - 01013) and the chassis number stamped in 1/8 inch high characters.
I don't remember if I have one on my 1972 4/4. I sold it in 1982 and my memory for such detail has faded!
