Just coming to the end of my first year with the M3W. Insurance renewal time. As per another thread I have nothing but praise for the services of Gott & Wynne. Over and above the premium quote they ask whether I require breakdown cover.
My question is this, the Morgan recovery included in the original purchase price runs out. Have any of you renewed this cover yourselves, or ventured to other providers for recovery ?
Your opinions and advice will as ever, be appreciated.

I used the recovery service offered by Gott &'Wynne and needless to say had to use it. Very good service at a sensible price.

I too have the Gott & Wynne breakdown cover and used it once a few years ago, fuel pump relay. Excellent service and very good price especially when you factor in that European cover comes as standard.

I have renewed the Morgan Rescue service , I've used them 7 or 8 times (!) . The service and the wait depends very much on who they send out . I've had two cases of very poor service from Manchets , once they put my car into storage instead of delivering it to the dealer as arranged.

AA gold membership, one premium covers the whole fleet for SWIMBO and myself. Pretty much the same cover with the opposition. Two, three & four wheels covered, or anything I'm in. The only occasion I used the Morgan scheme, it was very hit & miss..

I was rescued in UK through my Morgan Insurance and it was the AA that turned up within 30 mins!

I have used the Morgan breakdown and found it very poor. A 3 hour wait followed by a trip home in a mucky truck. I now use LV and Britannia Rescue for the grand sum of approx. £180.00 all in.

I keep RAC cover, had it for years. It covers me and the co-pilot in any car we happen to be driving. I've used them twice, once on the bike when I had a rear wheel puncture on a bike with tubed tyres and once with a car when the alarm wouldn't turn off in a car park at Gatwick.
They brought me and the bike home and towed the car out of the car park, away from a radar transmitter when the remote then worked. The engineer said the radar transmitter swamped the signal from the key fob transmitter and it was a common problem.
Given the plus 8 doesn't have a spare wheel, just a can of goo, I think it is rather important!
