It is the case!
It is a fantastic engine- 150 bhp at the rear wheels with a little help form an Omex ecu. I did find I needed more powerful brakes though!
I can't see how you could possibly get 400 bhp from a 2l Zetec unless it was turbocharged or supercharged.
