Loving the S3! 600 miles in month one, so nowhere near Peter J's mileage in his Plus 8, but I just want to drive it whenever I can, so it will continue to mount steadily.
Can anyone advise what tyre pressure they run Avon ZZ3s at? The handbook says at least 22psi, but they were on 32psi, and I would appreciate your thoughts.

Thanks, Martin. Sounds more like it to me. I dropped them to 26 and it felt better, but may drop to 24 unless someone else has other advice.

24 seems to be best, I tried 22 but prefer 24.

I ran my S3 on 24 psi and now run my Aero Plus 8 on 24 although the handbook says 25. I was advised by the guys at Techniques that the S3 handles best at 24 psi.

I ran mine on 25 all round, tyre sensor seemed to like that pressure! (I had avon ZZ3's on)

25 was what I always had on the S3 and S4 but I hates the Avon tyres and switched to Toyo's.
Trying a new tyre on the GTN at the moment.

What are you trying, Shooter? Look forward to hearing how they go on the GTN.
How are you finding it after your S4? Very different?

I find the Avon ZZ5s miles better than the ZZ3s. Much better grip and very quiet tyres too. Rear end hangs on much better wet and dry...
