Bit of a resurrection here.
I made wiper blades in a similar manner today, I didnt bolt them together though, I kept the plastic clip on the top which happened to fit the connector,
Much improved results but still the odd missed bit! Does bolting things together slightly loose make for a better clearing of the screen?
