I paid £280 for P999LAD this also included the transfer fee. P for the year of car. 999 my ex job. LAD for Linda and David. you can't get much more personal than that.  David

DVLA easy and quick for me £250 to get the plate of the car I passed my test in 1966, Why do we buy them? Because we can!

£350 for V800 MMC from DVLA. I think Morgan have the V8 MMC.

I think a small number and letter combination looks more attractive... I have WMD on V8, V12 and W12. I have my initials (but don't use them) and my son's too.

Had to drive up to Battersea last Thursday.. In someone's drive were 2 cars side by side. The left ones Reg was 2B ... The right one had NOT2B..
Clever I thought..as long as you park them the right way round!

I think im going to go with my plate choice, even if it is a little chavy and childish Good Stuff, got mine from DVLA £250 DB58 MOG, Initials, Birth Year And MOG , seemed a no brainer really

I've never had one before, considering them rather 'naff, particularly those that needed coloured screws and lopsided letters to spell something 'funny' or a name. However, when we decided to buy the Plus 4 I felt that the four + three digit format didn't suit the character of the car as much as a three digit + three digit format. So I bought the cheapest three + three I could get (and it actually has swmbo's initials on it). £157 plus vat and the other fee. Rules are there to be broken really - especially my own!
