I had new one recently and all was absolutely fine and still is. I think people look for problems perhaps a little too hard. Enjoy!

I have had no problems with my +4 delivered in May but My dealer (BHM in Borough Green in Kent) is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble and they quickly point out potential problems like protecting the inside door trim with protectors caused by me getting in and out of the car. The other day I was told off by Keith for not shutting the glove compartment door properly on the dashboard as I was straining the hinge. I had protective film put on the car at the dealers but they were not happy with the finish and called back the firm to complete the job properly before they would release it! Hope you enjoy the car !

Expect problems, be smug if you don't get any.

I've had 6 morgans, 2 new. They all have issues. Don't expect the build quality of mainstream manufacturers.

DO NOT BUY INTO THE HAND MADE B*LL*CKS!!!!!!!

My new 4/4 overheated as there was a kink in a water hose. The issue should have been picked up before delivery banghead
The issue was fixed, as I waited, by a quick trip back to the factory (I live close to it).
Since then I have had no issues (18 months 8500 miles).
Here's hoping your car is 100% sorted on arrival and you get many years of trouble free motoring.

Depending on the number of wheels, I suspect you won't have any problems. I bought mine to have a reliable classic. It's been used as such, one year on and only in the garage once for a routine service. I drive it hard and in all weathers.

Looking for another Morgan!

In the interests of balance I should say that I have also owned two Morgans from new, both 4/4s. The first was purchased in 1992 and gave me over 20 years of trouble free motoring - it was my daily transport. There were no issues with the car during this period. Likewise, my current 4/4 purchased in 2013 has also - touch wood - been trouble free.

Roger- where can you get the inside door trim protectors - I have put tape over mine as it was beginning to scrub by the lock aperture?
