My recently acquired 1990 Plus 8 (Euro version) decided that tail lights and fog lights were no longer needed and they quit working yesterday. All other lights, including brake lights function correctly. Checked fuses and all are fine. Thoughts and suggestions? Thanks.

Have you checked the earth for these lights? They probably rely on a common earth. On my 1976 car, the earth for the rear lights is screwed to the chassis rear.

Has gomog a suitable wiring diagram on the website?

I can remember exactly and there's no guarantee your is in the same position. If I remember correctly, mine is earthed to one of the chassis side rails and is visible if I remove the spare wheel.

Someone mentioned to me that there may be more than one fuse box on the Plus 8. Is that correct?

I don't know on a car of your year.

Again, try gomog or somewhere for a wirining diagram.

Morgan wiring looms used to come in two parts: the main loom for everything forward of the passager; a rear loom for everything to the rear - rear lights, fuel pump, etc. The connector used to be below scuttle on the r/h side of the cockpit.

It's remotely possible but unlikely that the connector way have come adrift.
