I saw those as well.
Anyone used them yet and if so how easy are they to fit?

You'll find they're a typical fit on light aircraft Chris. Should be really easy task.

Neat but 4 clothes pegs do the same job & don't cost £10.

A bit of plastic tube cut roughly to length, with a slit to slip it over the dzus also does the job. It was one of the better innovations suggested on here some time ago

I have fitted some of the G56 Dzus fastener springs. Easier than clothes pegs or bits of tube, simple to fit and they work. I wouldn't say that the front cowl falls easily into place now but these springs do make it less of a fiddle. They are not visible when its all in place. A simple 10 minute job to do, as long as you don't ping the retaining spring clip across the garage. The same sort of thing as fitted to aircraft access panels but I am told Dzus don't make them this size and if they did they usually only sell them in packets of several hundred. Before After

Thanks Planenut - they look neat.
How do you fit them? Do they reuse the round wire retaining "circlip"?
A couple of the "circlips" from my originals have come off and I found them a right b***er to refit. One's since gone missing completely.
