Just found this re; the flashing padlock. New car - put a CTEK charger on through the 12v supply and now the padlock flashes. The car runs and the light goes out when the key is inserted but I'm a little concerned the standard immobiliser light isn't on and I have a warning instead.
I'm unable to find any reference in the handbook so I'd love to know if there was any solution found.
