There is a photo in mine that is definitely not my car as it has the wrong exhaust on, mine are black, this one has polished stainless. Most of the other photos I think could be generic library ones. A rolling chassis is a rolling chassis etc. It also too 5 months after I got the car.

I think most of the pictures were of my car , but I was disappointed in the book itself , the buckle was bent and the first time I opened it it came apart in the middle . I know some people sent theirs back to be redone .

Because I'm tight fisted I photo'd my car in build during two factory visits and subsequently and then made up my own album using Albelli photo books. You can spend as much or as little as you choose on binding, lay flat, paper quality and so on. (Wait for one of their special offers and its even better value) I'm pleased with the result and the fact I was involved in creating it.

I ordered the build book when I ordered my M3W, but the build book did not arrive with the vehicle (a year after the order was placed). So, I called the dealership and told them, so they contacted Morgan and we're told that my build book was either lost or never made.

About a month or so later a build book arrived and on the page where they tell about your build the dates were all wrong (dated when I complained I hadn't received my book, not when the vehicle was built months prior) and how did they produce photos of my car after it was in the US?

You are paying for the leather book and someones time to assemble it, not for its content unfortunately.

I ordered the build book and it was presented to me at my first service.
All the photos were of my car.
It is expensive but a really nice record of the build and what other manufacturer offers anything similar?

Mine came as part of the deal, thankfully.

Lucky enough to be close enough to the factory to have a chat with the chap who assembled mine under Mark Cerrone's gaze..

Ordered mine and it showed up about three weeks after I picked up the car. Am satisfied that the photos are of my car. Is it worth it? Can't say. It will stay with the car as it's part of its history. It comes in handy at car shows when people are trying to grasp just how this thing came about as well as providing a lineage trail.

What's your mileage? Who cares. Is it practical? See #1. What happens when it rains? You get wet.
