Can anyone give me any tips as to where Morgan might have hidden the relays on my car? And no, they're NOT on the bulkhead!

On 2011 ' s they are likely to be under the dash fairly central and screwed into the bulkhead frame.
On 2005's they are above the steering column.........

It is not so difficult if you look under steering wheel you can see them

It is not so difficult if you look under steering wheel you can see them Yes.....crawl into the car, turn over, lie down with your head in the footwell, torch between your teeth, and you'll find them.

Is it worth taking the top of the footwell off to get to them? Only seems to be 4 screws holding it in place...

The dashboard is held on my 4/4 by just three screws. one at either end and one high up, centrally lurking below the rubber top trim. Lower the adjustable steering column to its lowest travel, Remove undertray. lift off the dash complete with all its instruments and support the weight with string or something suitably wedged under. The relays are then obvious and easily accessible.

Or change to a 2003 "poverty model" 4/4; where all the fuses and relays are neatly located and easily accessible in a box under a the bonnet.
