Excellent choice to keep the Xflow, they are a good engine and suit an older 4/4 perfectly. The 4 speed box is also sweet with an easy change and fine as long as you are not doing long high speed motorway runs.

I always found the 2-3 shift to be a bit long. I've wanted a 5-speed for a long time, but I'll probably keep the 4-speed. I've got two of them and a spare gear box.
