Apart from the pedals are very different, the offsets relative to the pushrods/actuation are in different places, and your chassis will not have the U shape reinforcement under the toeboard to support the vertical mounting

When I had my new chassis made I specified the U section under the toe board as well as a few other strengthening modifications. I didn't think that the distance between the pedals differed especially as Melvyn Rutter has since suggested I fit a later V8 pedal set. More investigation needed.
