Hi, thanks for your replies. So it looks pretty unanimous that we keep it loose and ad-hoc.
I understand the appeal but as I said earlier though, this will limit us somewhat to day runs and relies on someone kicking an idea off. I know there are some TM'ers very willing to make the effort to do this but equally some will prefer to sit back and wait for someone else to do it.
Anyway, as a start I'll be posting a couple of ideas up in the new year, I think the next likely meet might be Bicester on the 3rd?
I agree with the "loose and easy". Here in Taffmog we have several such days, organised by text/phonecall. Not as a formal event which reduces MSA certs etc where needed! Some are just a day run, others full blown weekend stays. The more formal they are the more organisation needed, making the task more committed. Weekends are the obvious targets so there are likely to be clashes but nothing to worry about as each will decide their attendance. Again, thanks to SteveT for starting the ball rolling, I have missed those done so far but intend coming at the first opportunity.

I'd be up for this. I can only find 6 so a guided tour of the others would be a revelation.
I may still have the original 10 passes route. It was a 40 yr old route so not pefect but ok! We did it on our first Morgans at Windermere weekend about 5 years ago. I will look for it and check. You could also contact Fellmog as they would have it or a better newer version?
Speed cameras all down the A1! and I thought I caught about 3 or 4 but lucky they must have been turned off . A great lot of the journey down was at 40mph . I was not a happy driver as Co Durham has NONE and you get used to it . Just asked Ken if he wants a copy of the 3 runs its on tiny roads in the middle of nowhere send me your e-mail and I will forward you the runs they are from the 1980S I throw nothing away .
