It's basically a very large wrist watch,with the strap removed,and then fixed to the dash with some velcro. Sounds a bit "arcaic" but works well.

I can't remember the make, but will have a look and let you know.

GMG - which steering wheel is that one?
Looks good.
Still pondering which one to go for when I upgrade from the factory wheel.

Many thanks. Looks great - sadly only available in 15" and I need 14".

I'm 6'3" and could really do with a 13" or 14". However, once i'm in, i just love the look of the wheel and it doesn't impact on the steering. I wonder if its possible to have a removable boss with that wheel? That would be useful, especially when trying to get in and out when the roof is up.

You need to take up yoga to manage it gracefully.

First you slide your left leg into the footwell, then you place your left hand on the aft end of the gearbox hump, next bend over double and slip your head and shoulders under the hood frame and slide your backside into the seat whilst at the same time pushing your torso into the upright position, let out a yelp of pain as the door swings onto your right leg and make a mental note to fit stainless door checks, lift your right leg in (whilst making a second mental note to fit door checks, slide comfortably in and settle down, open the side screen window and whilst your right arm gets a soaking to keep company with your already wet back, hold the flap up and shut the door. That is the end of phase one.

You then spend 5 minutes struggling to get the keys out of your jeans pocket, give up and reverse the proceedure to get out of the car, in the mean time the rain is coming down even harder.

Put the keys on the dash roll and start all over again. When you get there pick up the keys to discover that they were the house keys not the car keys which are in fact in your other jeans pocket.

Pull yourself out of the car head first and slip over in the mud. Go back in the house to dry off, change clothes, and have a nice soothing whisky.
