Steve

That is a lovely car - beautifully finished. Just one detail question - it has a 1999 T registration and runs on carburettors- how is it registered?

Their is a cracking M3W replica on the replica page of this site, but I have seen it some where before.

Hi Paul, it was registered as a new car courtesy of the DVLA after SVA test in 1999.

Thanks Steve.
Just curious as I thought catalytic converters (and hence fuel injection) were compulsory around 1992.

Hi Paul,
yes they were! I had a new Rover V8 engine put into a 1980's Rover, changed the log book to suit and then put said engine into the Sebring. Therefore the emmission test, use of carbs etc: was applicable to the year of the donor, not the year of registration of the Sebring….If that makes sense?
