I think it is a great looking Mog but the better a car looks the more some minor "mistakes" irritate the crowd. The beige carpets ... no comment!

Beauty being in the eye of the beholder.....the colour scheme may well look better in 'the flesh'....and clearly some people will like it.....so no issues there.....each to their own.
As a RBL model? I see no direct visual connection, there is nothing that would make me look at the car and think RBL or even something to link it to WW2 (or at least the end of it). So I am not convinced that it has met the design brief.
Bold move perhaps. Brave? Never.

Well this one really does seem to have split us down the middle.
Personally I would never mix 3 colours on a Morgan , just 2 works much better imho.
I do like the matching painted wheels BUT don't think the colour really suits the car.
I must admit I am not really up on current trad pricing but £48k seems an awfully big premium over the "norm" , and almost into ARP4 territory, and I much rather have one of those.
Is the "Lest we Forget" theme designed to make us feel that paying this premium helps to assuage our consciences about those who did give their lives for us?
It all seems rather less than satisfactory to me.

The price is 'about right'.
A bells & whistles Plus 4 will tip over £50k and its only going to get worse.
That's why older cars hold value!
The narrow bodied Plus 4 takes an £1800 hit for "special tyres".

Why the car at all, why not just an honest donation to the Legion if they wanted to?

The colour choice is not to my personal preference but the £1,000 donation per unit sold is very honourable IMHO.

I missed the carpet colour. I actually like it, and it has clearly been chosen to match the dash, but it is totally impractical. Light colours in car carpets would show every mark and look scruffy in no time.

I like it apart from the black grill and headlamp surrounds which look like a boy racers attempt to jazz it up.
I have a painted dash on mine - if I wanted a wood dashboard do they fit over the top or replace the whole dashboard unit?
