That's hard to say. It took me 3 attempts to pronounce it.

Welcome Joe.

Nice shot of the Vulcan - could almost be a UFO!

I used to own an 8.2 litre Cadillac Eldorado Convertible, but my Plus 4 is definitely quicker.

When I wanted a bit more performance I wondered long and hard about going down the 4.6 short engine route, but in the end went for a few mods on my current 3.9 engine. I can pull 5th gear at about 1,500 rom , so you must be able to pull from tickover. Mind you I suppose even the torque of the modified +8 pales into insignificance compared to your other V8!

It's actually a '96. The block was replaced when the whole lot went bang, so a bit of a no-brainer at the time. smile I believe it dyno'd at 275bhp, and that was before the LibraMotive exhaust was put on. So pretty strong power for a Rover V8. smile

I believe it's actually spelt "Irthlingborough" - slightly easier! smile
