Caberg is a combination of the Italian word for helmet, casco, and the place where they are made, Bergamo.

Excellent helmets, I have one that I use when on short local trips on a bike and I used it when I did the Caramulo regularity hill climb with the Mog.

I had a Caberg for years when I had my bikes.

A very good value well made helmet - mine had a very useful flip down dark visor for sunny days!

Cabergs look like spaceman helmets, too modern for a M3W. I opt for a leather covered half helmet, it looks more vintage and is DOT approved.

I don't know about that. This is the Riviera V3:

And if you want something even plainer this is the Uptown:

Both have the very useful flip down sun visor.

I wasn't offering it as mere opinion...it DOES look like a NASA approved helmet, and to my eye, far too modern a look for an M3W.

It's funny to me to wear a helmet at all, we all know we're worm food in the most unwelcome event of any crash where blunt force is involved..which is just about anything more than a parking lot tap..

...in which case, it should at least be sympathetic to the overall style of the car..

Sneezing is a problem. Had a couple of 'white outs' during cold weather. Standing in line to pay for petrol feels awkward. Not type approved as far as I know. Needs extra long headband for GoPro but otherwise if you feel safer in a helmet, recommended. I have had a Morgan M3W badge fitted since this was taken

On a hillclimb we had to wear helmets.
