Hello everyone,
Iam trying to check my fuel pump pressure - can't find the schrader check valve - it doesn't seem to be near the injectors/cylinders.
Is it located on the fuel filter?

Thanks again
Andrew

Standing in front of the rig facing it, the schrader valve is on top of the left injector (drivers side in the UK). It has a black plastic cover on it that unscrews. Hope this helps.

Thanks rolsmith - I'll look again.
When I looked earlier I did remove the plastic bung(on the drivers side - sort of similar position to where the throttle cable goes on the other side). Didn't see any valve there, just an open chamber.
Do you have a picture?
Thanks
Andrew

Hi there
It would help if we knew what model Morgan and which engine you have, we could be a little more specific in our help for you.

For the Rover V8 engined +8s , the meter is plugged into a valve on the fuel rail at the back of the plenum chamber on the driver's side. The fuel line pressure that +8 is 40 psig.

Apologies , I have just realised this was posted in the M3W section so we know what the car is . My mistake. Sorry I don't know enough about this model to give you an informed answer.
