Lovely, my favourite Bristol, there was one at Haynes Museum in a dark bottle green, if I had the money I'd buy it.

Really a lovely car!

I´m a big aficionado of Bristol cars.

Beautiful quirky, handmade british cars for the real gentleman-driver, hmmmmm! love

My personal favorite is the 411 Series III (modern 4 headlight front but the classic tail lights from the late Sunbeam Alpines).
A few months ago a fantastic car was sold in Germany - if I only would have had the budget...
I suspect it would be very difficult if not impossible to find a better and more beautiful example.
An ex-Simon Draper car (he is since decades a very loyal Bristol customer), in bottle green, green interior, totally restored to a high standard.

Here´s the remaining link to the former advert:

They´re so rare beasts that I think it will forever remain a dream for me to own one....

I was seriously tempted by a two-litre Bristol a few years ago, it was on offer for just under £30k and I got very close to making a deal. But then I started consulting a few people who knew about them, and the costs of maintaining and restoring superleggera bodywork and those engines made me realise that it was sadly just not financially feasible.

Fabulous and seems like a bargain at that money. Always hankered after a Bristol, but if I had £30k+ to spend on another "toy" right now, the new year would see an M3W sitting in the garage alongside the +4.

Love Bristols too and have had an ex-Simon Draper Blenheim S. A great Continental Tourer, but pretty thirsty as a daily driver! confused2

The 403 looks an honest car, but needs quite some work which won't be cheap and who fitted those speakers in the footwells?

Nice car, was it not based on a BMW disign?
Like 007 the 411 is my favourite Bristol.
Perhaps an alternative for my Morgan, for when I can't get in/ out of the car because of old age. So clearly a long term thing... oldgit
Kind regards,
BertR
