A Happy New Year from here in Cheshire too. Let's hope there's lots of Morgan insanity next year and that 2016 is a great year for us all. wine

Happy New Year from Luton. Working until 09:00 tomorrow so the champagne will have to wait!

Happy new year from Italy.
Just arrived home 2.00 am smile from a very small celebration at a nearby friends house. His house is actually the old tower of Mandello that probably dates back to Roman times. It was already in need of restoration when it was mentioned in the earlist know document in about the 11th century. It has solid stone walls 2 metres thick! and was once surrounded by a water filled ditch and futher out other defensive walls and towers, and a moat,

First we had some cold meats, patè and smoked salmon, followed by, amongst other things, lentils (supposed to represent money for their round flat shape) and cotechino (a sort of big boiled sausage). These plus dried fruits, fruit, nuts, cheese to finish. All washed down with a reasonably restrained quatity of wine (walking distance from home wink ) and the obligatory bottle of champers at midnight.

yawn goodnight

Happy new year to all Morganeers from Cologne. It's quite late and we had a wonderful two generations party at home with friends. All are sleeping now and I love to make the clean up at night alone, so tomorrow morning all come together to have a wonderful new years breakfast. Again, happy smiles and miles in 2016 for everyone.

Just got back to our hotel room in Times Square, after a super meal. We have views of the action, but our room is on the 57th floor so a bit removed from the mayhem below! Over a million people - 6,000+ Police - we had to have wrist tags to get back into our hotel, but a great atmosphere with people out to enjoy themselves ...

Waiting for the ball to drop in some 50-odd mins and in the meantime drinking some bubbly wine

Have a great 2016 folks and let's see who posts the first Mog trip in the New Year?
