Thanks for the warm welcome everyone  Currently hoping that my ferry booking booking will not have to change, as one of the two ferries to Tas broke its mooring last night and was damaged. I have confidence that all will be well though

John, how did we miss you? We could have compared notes on the 2011 4/4
I was one of the group that toured Melbourne, Tasmania and South Australia for 6 weeks in October and November 2015. Had a fantastic time with great driving and wonderful Morgan people - get in contact with Mac Russell in Devonport, he D'a man.....
If your are ever in Sydney town (or preferably the beautiful NSW north coast, look me up.

Hi Oz Nice to hear from you. We have similar stables, what with the Lotus connection for Delorian, we also have Lotus and the same model 4/4. Like wise if you come back to Tassie look us up. Cheers John

Two good decisions John- buying a Morgan and joining this forum. You will have lots of fun with both. Welcome from a fellow Aussie, usually expat in Austria but currently enjoying a spell back among the gum trees. I've got a t-shire from Salzburg saying "No Kangaroos in Austria" But there is a statue of one in a park attached to a school on the outskirts of Zurich. Stayed overnight at a motel/backpackers in a suburb of Zurich one night and on the walk down to the local shops we cut through a school park. It was on dusk and as I looked through the light scrub, I saw what I thought was a Kangaroo, very surprised I walked over and saw it was a bronze statue of a roo or wallaby, could not read the plaque to see what it was about.

Will be picking her up soon OZ , can't wait. Will post some pics and details then. We have 5 acres of bush we live on here and due to the drought at the moment we provide a little bit of extra food and plenty of water for all the critters that live with us, so we get to go out and feed real wallabies etc right outside the front door every night. We have Wallabies and Brown Bandicoots out there pretty much every night and some times Barred Bandicoots and Echidnas, plus all the birds large and small of course. Pure magic and you could never get tired of it or loose the thrill. Cheers John
