RIP Alan, the best Sheriff Nottingham ever had. Such sad news. Let it be a spur for us to get out and do TODAY what we were thinking of maybe doing tomorrow.

Crikey the best die hard villain gone.
Exactly why I got my mog at a relatively young age of 51 even if I couldn't really afford one!
As my missus said get one while you can drive one still.

Just catching up on some radio progs on the iplayer - wouldn't normally bother with "Ed Stewarts Junior Choice" broadcast Radio 2 Christmas day, but listening for nostalgia reasons for the last time.
He sounds as fit as a flea - he was gone a few days later.
